    Chris Burgett is a former University of Georgia football letterman, three-time SEC Champion, and seasoned creative leader who brings the same discipline and focus from the field into his work today. During his time at UGA, he spent three years shooting sports photography for Georgia Football — capturing two National Championships and sharpening the storytelling instincts that fuel his craft.

    After college, Chris transitioned into media as an Account Executive at WAVE 3 News, developing expertise in branding, strategy, and impactful storytelling. That foundation led him to launch Ironlight Creative, a luxury real estate and media production company blending artistry, precision, and marketing intelligence.

    With 15+ years of experience in design, photography, and production, Chris has helped realtors, builders, and entrepreneurs across Kentuckiana turn listings into experiences and brands into movements. His work is defined by authenticity, strategy, and visuals that don’t just attract — they convert.

    A devoted father and community leader, Chris continues to pour into the next generation through UGA Athletics, mentorship, and workforce development.

    A Jeffersonville, Indiana native, Jacob brings experience in rental property management, short-term rentals, and payment processing, giving him a practical understanding of real estate from both creative and operational angles. That foundation helps him support realtors, developers, and small businesses in building sustainable, trust-centered systems.

    Nick Kemper is a proud son of the Bluegrass State — a Louisville native, U.S. Navy Veteran, and creative visionary dedicated to telling stories that move people. A 2007 graduate of Saint Xavier High School, Nick served his country from 2008 to 2012 as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fuels) in the United States Navy, where he learned the discipline, precision, and teamwork that now define his creative approach. Following his service, he earned an Associate’s Degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and launched his career in visual media.

    As the founder of The Ville Media, Nick has spent over five years producing cinematic content across Kentucky and Tennessee, specializing in videography, photography, product media, and promotional storytelling. His work spans entertainment, music, events, and brand campaigns — including production at the 2025 CMA Awards.

    A passionate Kentuckian with a love for horses, community, and the creative spirit of the Bluegrass, Nick brings authenticity and artistry to every project he touches. His diverse background — from the Navy deck to national award stages — uniquely equips him to serve clients with integrity, creativity, and purpose.
